Yes, you can connect your existing Stripe account to Payminty+ to take in-person payments. You can also setup a new one from scratch directly from Payminty.

No you don't. You only need an all in one account with Stripe or Worldline (Payminty+ is built on top of Stripe and Worldlines infrastructure) which come with their own Merchant facility. You can configure a nominated bank account where payouts from Stripe/Worldline are sent to.
