We have designed the Payminty+ app to make the onboarding and inviting processes as easy as possible. Follow these steps to get your own account going then invite as many of your Team as required.
1) Firstly set up your own account as the Primary Account holder.
Download Payminty+ from Google/Apple app stores by clicking here
Note, Tap to Pay (Android/iPhone) from Stripe is not available in all countries at the moment, click here to check if your country of residence is/isn't on the list.
If Tap to Pay is not available in your country/device you can still use all functionality (except tap to pay) and can show a QR Code so customers can pay using Google/Apple Pay
Most Android devices will be completely fine as long as they have NFC (PayWave) capabilities, some of the very cheap Androids may not work however, (see here for minimum technical requirements)
Sign in with your Mobile Phone number and Connect a Stripe account (existing or new)
Complete any remaining steps and your Primary account is set up (maybe put a test transaction for through?)
2) Next, Invite your Team Members.
Tap on the Menu icon at top right of Payminty+ app
Select 'Invite' and complete the details for any Team Member you want to invite as per screenshot below (please ensure the phone number is correct as this is what is used to login)
Tap 'Next' and then on the following screen ensure you actually 'Send Invite' to your Team Member via SMS, Message, Email etc. as per screenshot below.
Repeat for any other Volunteers you wish to add
3) Next, Your Team Members steps.
Each Team Member receives the invite from yourself and clicks/taps the link to download the Payminty+ app onto their own Phone
The Team Member signs in with their own Phone number (needs to match the number you inputted above)
They will be automatically linked to your account and can start collecting payments/donations immediately on your behalf and their status changes to 'Active' in your Team Member section of Payminty+
All funds collected go through the Stripe account you connected to the app and will be paid out to the nominated bank account configured in Stripe
That's it!!!
